02 / METHOD
Before a single line is drawn, we measure what the plot already is: acidity, water movement, and the hours of direct sun each bed receives. Design decisions follow the readings, not the other way round.

Lab sampling from three depth bands per zone, then a buffer test to confirm acidity. Results are returned within seven working days and recorded against each planting bed.

Percolation pits and a tile probe map how quickly water leaves the root zone after heavy rain, so beds are shaped around real runoff rather than assumption.

Direct-light readings at three points per bed across the season, plus wind and frost-pocket notes taken on site. This fixes which plants can actually hold their position.

Nothing leaves the drawing stage without a documented plant list, a Latin-named schedule, and a 24-month care calendar for the handover meeting.

05 / Service Plates
Every garden moves through the same five plates, in the same order. Fixed scope, published fee, nothing skipped to save a week.
Soil pits, pH and drainage readings, and sun hours tracked through the growing season. You receive a written site report before a single line is drawn.
Layered planting drawn to the readings from plate 01, with species chosen for Ukrainian hardiness zones and bloom months you actually want to see.
Paths, retaining edges, steps and terrace levels detailed to the site slope, so water leaves the plot instead of sitting under the paving.
One crew, one schedule, two install windows a year. Set out to the drawings, with soil amended on the day of planting, not weeks before.
A 24-month care calendar written for your plot: pruning windows, irrigation checks, replanting notes. Establishment warranty of 12 months on all planted stock.

04 / Fixed-fee phases
Every phase is priced as a fixed fee before any work starts. The written estimate lists each line item, so nothing reaches the invoice that you have not approved in advance.
Ranges account for measured bed area, slope and machinery access. Kyiv city and Kyiv Oblast projects share the same rate card.
18 000 – 32 000 UAH
Soil pH and texture tests, drainage pits, and a season-long sun-hour log. You receive a written survey with the constraints that shape every later decision.
42 000 – 96 000 UAH
Grading drawings, planting layout, and a documented plant list with Latin names, UA hardiness zones and bloom months. Includes the 24-month care calendar.
260 000 – 720 000 UAH
Sourcing, planting, irrigation setup, and a 12-month plant establishment warranty with written exclusions. Quoted per 100 m² of planted bed.
Ranges hold for the current planting seasons and are confirmed after the site analysis report.
